Mr. Elsayed is a visionary Strategic Investment Counselor providing real estate investment solutions to sophisticated institutional investors and organizations. With nearly three decades of experience in entrepreneurship, investment advisory, and commercial real estate investment, working with a wide variety of different companies and organizations from non-for-profit, government, to national and international companies, Mr. Elsayed has pioneered an enterprise-wide strategic plan for organizational real estate portfolio. The CCREC model “Multi-Strategy Portfolio” is designed to enable the organization to shift one of the largest cost centers to a profit center, and ultimately transform organizations through optimizing assets.

The visionary strategic real estate portfolio model is a cumulative result of Mr. Elsayed’s 360-degree perspective and combined business experience. As President of MERE Inc. and CSO of CCREC, Mr. Elsayed oversees a broad range of activities including developing and implementing real estate portfolio strategies for investors and organizations, supporting organization core business, collaborating with the Board of Directors, measuring performance towards strategic goals, and coming up with creative approaches to timely capture investment value added.

Moustafa Elsayed, CCIM, CSM, CDP, is Chief Executive Officer of CCREC Corporate Commercial Real Estate Counselors, a Commercial real estate company founded in the hub of the Silicon Valley, California.

Elsayed executes its investment strategy through its assets management, leasing, development, marketing and value added. Through best in class commercial property operation services, Elsayed grows and stabilizes an asset’s competitive position generating long-term growth for partners. Investors, receivers and other owners benefit from our experience in management of asset preservation, valuation and disposition strategies. CCERC executes their investment strategy exercising their built up expertise thorough out the different stages of the investment cycle. Strategizing and planning, pre-acquisition identifying either undervalued or value added potential that can be time-sensitive target. Strategizing acquisition, utilizing both wide range and nationwide affiliate of practitioners, in ICSC, CCIM, ULI and others.  Timely capture and monetize the value added is an important factor affected and influence the return on investments.

Ms. Kun Ding has success track record of over 20 years of experience in financial analysis, market research, wealth management, and private equity real estate investment.
She previously worked in various finance and business roles at Fortune 100 companies.
In her prior work, she provided financial management of a $1B large-scale mixed use commercial real estate development project including complex joint venture equity partnerships.
She delivered investment research, advice and assessment and presentations in evaluating potential acquisition targets that meet specific strategic goals.
She has built extensive skills in managing deal structure analysis, cash flow analysis, distribution analysis, life cycle financial analysis, market research, regular investment reports and reviews, quarterly financial statements, financial modeling and due diligence.

Ms. Ding is a CFA charter holder. Her education background includes a bachelor degree in Economics, MBA, and Ph.D. (ABD) in Economics.
